Due to construction on the Kendall Lake Dam, this year's course will be slightly re-routed.  Each 2.25 mile loop will start and finish at the Pine Hollow parking lot located at 5465 Quick Rd. in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park (about a mile east of Akron Peninsula Road).  

The objective of this run is to see how many loops you can do in a 6-hour period.  Once you are finished please record the number of loops you have completed on the tally sheet provided.  Almost 100% of this run takes place on grass and trails.  Water & restrooms are on the course but no additional aid will be provided.  You may also re-fuel at your vehicle after each loop.  

There is no entry fee for this run, but everyone is asked to bring food & drinks to share with everyone afterwards.
