The Groundhog 50K is NOT Cancelled!

Reports that this race has been canceled are premature. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9044 in Big Run, PA has taken over the management of the race and I am the new race director. Pass the word around. We will continue to use the "runpunxsyrun.org" web site which should be updated soon. The 2011 race will be held on September 10. Subtle changes may be noticed, but overall, it will be the same race as in the past 12 years.

The http://www.runpunxsyrun.org/ web site has not been updated yet, just that the race is still on for 2011. Good news!

Love the Groundhog 50K. I modeled YUTC after GH a bit.

The Groundhog 50K is still on, with new race management. A FUN 50K only 1-2 hours into PA.

Highly recommend.

AND does not interfere with YUTC.
