Registration for Dark Park Pursuit

Hello I can't seem to figure out how to register for the Dark Park Pursuit 15k.
The link for registration seems inactive and myself and two other guys I run with are very interested in running it this year. We ran it last year and would like to do it again.

I am working the permit through the park system. Hoping to have an app up by the end of the week. Sorry for the delay.
