I will likely have to work Sat evening but am thinking of coming up and doing all or most of this and hustling back to make it to work by 4-5, hahah

Is anybody starting early just to get more miles in? I know it won't necessarily count towards the 6 hour milage count but maybe if others start early I can get my goal milage in early and leave earlier?

this was my first ever trail run, let alone ultra, last year and I really want to come do it again :-) .. you all hooked me, big time!

FYI - I think this year I'll be adding a 12 Hour option for those that don't think running a loop for 6 hours is enough...

Also, for 2010 we'll be starting from the Pine Hollow parking lot again but we'll be using the original 2 mile course since the Kendall Lake Dam construction is now complete. Updated info & course map is posted here - http://www.neotrail.org/nofrills.htm

Anybody planning on staying out there the full 12 hours? Should add an interesting twist to No Frills this year! I will most likely be running/walking/climbing for the usual 6 hours..we'll see about anything past that! :beertoast:

I had a great time and am planning on the 12 hour next year...sounds like Jim Cheney is in for that too.

Thanks Brian!
