Meet at the Log Cabin for the first Loop at 7:00 AM.
Will regroup for a 2nd loop at 8:50 AM.

Very casual pace, no one left behind.

Then afterwards will head to BW3's in Austintown around 11:00 or so for some refueling and rehydrating.

If we know you are coming we will wait for you, otherwise we will stick to the schedule.

Will not be there. Hoping for a 10K around the block with Scooter for a mile or two before festivities begin.

I will be there for the second loop as long as I can get a run in a day or two before to test my legs. Don't wait on me though.

Anytime I complete a long event, I always try to run the next day.
Even if it is only a half mile, that little bit of activity always speeds healing and recovery.
YMMV

I did a few laps in the pool at Kent and jacuzzi/sauna, but need to get a short run in ASAP. My legs feel pretty good now though! That's one of the reasons why I love trail races over road. Recovery time is way shorter!

Good News.
You should be ready for the MHM then by next Wednesday.

See you on Saturday.

Go 3/3 on NEO Trail challenges over the course of a little more than a month...tempting. Not sure if I want to take a day off work, but might attempt it soon. MHM may be the toughest of the three.

I would agree that the MHM is the one that scares me the most.

Hell, if you go 3 for 3 in that short a time how hard could they be?
And if you do go 3 for 3, we will have to come up with some new ones.

I have some in mind, but would like to see if anyone else has any suggestions.
This should make for some good trail talk on Saturday.

Don't be fooled, Musicks make it look easy.

Will admit that you both have 50 miles at URINEO.
That is the easiest of the 3 challenges.

You both finished the Gate28x2 challenge, but you had to hold each others hands to get that done.

Musicks are 0 for 3 at the MHM.
That is a far cry from making it look easy.

Not sure that you or I would admit to any of these being easy.
We may be finishing, but making any of them look easy, we are all a far cry from that.
