I'm looking for recommendations for cold weather shell pants. Looking for somthing that is fleese lined for warmth and has a breathable shell. Also, ease of getting them on over shoes is a plus. Who has a pair of pants they really feel stongly about?

I don't have/use what you are describing.

Usually I wear either tights or track pants when it gets chilly.
Have worn 2 pair at times when the temps are under 10 degrees.
Also have a pair of Sierra Designs over pants, that are really just a very thin water resistant shell.
Have used those over top of tights as well to run at night when it is very chilly.

I would also like a nice pair of wind stopper, water proof shell pants.

I have a pair of Nike Dri-Fit running pants that I wear alot in the winter. They block the wind pretty well. I also wear tights underneath if it's freezing out.
