NEO Trail Club

Running trails at Mill Creek Friday morning. Thinking 8am at Wick Recreation Area, Rocky Ridge. Plan on doing 10 miles at a conservative pace. All are welcome. Start time negotiable, as is distance.

Eric was itching to go down there Friday morning.
Will see if he can get up that early.

Maybe a promise of a McGriddle before and a burger after will tempt him.

I might be going for a run at Mill Creek sometime Saturday afternoon if anyone is interested. Probably will be doing an inner YUT-C loop from the Rose Garden to the Mill. Easy slow pace.

Great run with Eric and Slim this morning. Even ran No Name Hill and pushed the last mile which was nice. Jeff, I may be available tomorrow afternoon for a run. Let me know where and when.

Need to seal the deck, go get groceries, and replace the rear shocks on the SXT Mini-Van.
Not enough hours in a day.
