Running 8-10 miles at Mill Creek Park early Sunday morning at a slow pace. Anyone want to join?

Meeting at Newport Wetlands at 8am for ~10 miles on the roads. Probably around 8:30 miles. I think we are heading towards the Lake Glacier boat dock and back. Will be me and 1 or 2 other guys. You are welcome to join if that fits.

Sounds good Todd. I'll probably split off at the Lake Glacier boat docks and run some trails on the other side. If I'm not there at 8 AM leave without me! :ugeek:

Beautiful morning in the park for a run. Pretty cold in the morning, but warmed up quickly after a couple miles. Did a big YUT-C loop around the park for about 11 miles. Todd, I must have missed you this morning or had the wrong parking lot! I did see Dan Kuzma at the Monkey Hills doing out and back repeats as well as Kellie Trusdell's twin sister at the log cabin. A lot of people out this morning including the YRRC and the trails were in great condition.
