The Professor is Captaining the First AS for the Laurel Highland Ultra.

This is at mile 11, Mapleville Road, where the runners have just done their big climb and realized how cushy they have had it with AS usually 3-4 miles apart. I remember it being really busy with water needs.

John Warrick and Slim have already volunteered. I am also thinking of volunteering here.

Why don't we make this a NEO TC Aid Station and spread our good will and karma with runners?

This also would give us a good area to stage out of with a run before or after the AS open/closes.

For those who are looking to run Friday evening or Saturday afternoon after we close the aid station, let me know, as I am trying to coordinate a little "JOG" during those time frames.
Even early Saturday morning before the aid station opens, as I am flexible.
