The Northeast Ohio
Trail Club is made up of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy adventure,
running dirt trails, but most of all - having fun! Anyone is
welcome to join. Members are of varying ages and abilities,
ranging anywhere from trail newbie to ultra marathon
veteran.
The club puts on 2 major events each year -- the Youngstown
Ultra Trail Classic 50K & 25K in September and the Dirty
Dog 10K Trail Run in February. While each of these events has an entry fee, the NEO Trail Club
also organizes several low profile, no fee runs that are open to
anyone. The club also provides support for the Dirty
Dog 10K in February and the Dark
Park Pursuit 15K Night Run in December.
Organized training runs also take place
throughout the year and can be found by visiting the club message
board. Everyone is welcome to post their own runs on
this board to help encourage others to participate. You can also stay up-to-date with the N.E. Ohio

discussion group or visiting their group page on Facebook. The NEO
Trail Club is affiliated with the Road
Runners Club of America.
